These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed in our online shop (Plusmatt). - Contract Conclusion
The presentation of products in our online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer. By clicking the “Buy” button, you place a binding order for the items in your shopping cart. We will confirm the receipt of your order immediately by email. - Prices and Payment
All prices are final. As a small business owner (Kleinunternehmer) according to § 19 UStG, no value-added tax (USt) is calculated. Payments can be made via the methods offered at checkout (e.g., Stripe). - Shipping and Delivery
Items are shipped to the address provided by the customer. Delivery times are estimated and depend on the shipping provider. - Right of Withdrawal

The goods remain our property until full payment has been received. - Liability
We are liable for intent and gross negligence. Our liability for slight negligence is limited to breaches of essential contractual obligations. - Final Provisions
